The Synowiec Nest is a busy place these days with homeschooling, gymnastics, and church activities and we've added yet another thing to our pot - growing Baby #3! All of us are really excited (ok, so maybe Rory doesn't really understand the baby-in-the-belly concept yet) to welcome this baby around February 9th, 2013. And, apparently things are finally in motion for that birthing center I had wanted to utilize for Rory and didn't get to (that I last blogged about in April 2010!) so I may actually get the quiet, minimally monitored labor and birth I've always wanted.

And you want the big news?
According to our ultrasound just a couple of days ago this baby is, without a doubt, a
BOY! We're embarking a whole new adventure now! Name ideas still in progress...

The pregnancy has been a little rougher than the previous two in terms
of nausea, but the baby continues to be healthy and doing well. I'm just a couple days shy of 20 weeks (the half-way point!) and measuring a little small from the outside, but the ultrasound says that the baby's growth is right on track at 9oz, 9" long. Still so itty bitty! Lots of growing for both of us to do in the next 4.5 months.
